WHO WE ARE

Inspired by the drive to connect our community's needs with philanthropic resources, the Pomona Community Foundation raises funds and makes grants to support programs and nonprofit entities across the City of Pomona.

We also seek to give back to - and create positive, lasting change in - our community by providing funding opportunities for the residents of Pomona and the organizations serving those residents through our own in-house initiatives. Click below to learn about what we do.
